Do you have a tip or tool that has helped you in your business?

As a new entrepreneur, I find that the best tip I can offer is that “educating the customer” is really an important component to your communications strategy. I do this by staying in touch and sharing relevant information. Posting on social media and sometimes I even work to showcase content in my core areas of business to keep clients abreast of best practices. I don’t do this because I have to, I do this because I am working to create meaningful and long-term relationships.

Do you have a quote to share and inspire other members?

“Service is the rent we pay for the privilege of living on this earth.” ― Shirley Chisholm

What is your go to business, mindset or productivity book that has helped you in your life and business that you’d like to share?

My favorite books to draw gumption and inspiration, anything Brene Brown. I loved Braving the Wilderness.
