Liz Scott is the Co-Executive Director of Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, but she is most proud of her title of “Mom” to her three sons, (Patrick, Eddie, and Joey) and her daughter Alex (the founder of Alex’s Lemonade Stand).

Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) emerged from the front yard lemonade stand of cancer patient Alexandra “Alex” Scott (1996-2004). In 2000, 4-year-old Alex announced that she wanted to hold a lemonade stand to raise money to help find a cure for all children with cancer.
Along with helping Alex host her yearly lemonade stands, Liz and her family soon found themselves answering emails and phone calls, planning fundraising events, and helping to organize the early grassroots efforts of Alex’s Lemonade Stand.
Since Alex held that first stand, the Foundation bearing her name has evolved into a national fundraising movement, complete with thousands of supporters across the country carrying on her legacy of hope.
Today, Liz is honored to work alongside her husband Jay, the staff and board of directors, as well as the dedicated sponsors and supporters as they continue to fight childhood cancer, one cup at a time!
