Denise Gatti is a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) and Leadership Development consultant who is passionate about maximizing talent and creating inclusive cultures as drivers for business success. She has direct corporate experience as a leader in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, reducing bias in through process change, facilitating engaging programs, establishing vibrant Employee Resource Groups and coaching leaders to drive culture change. She has experience in a wide variety of industries, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. Ms. Gatti holds a Masters’ Degree from Drexel University, and a Bachelor of Arts from The College of New Jersey.
