NAWBO South Jersey is excited to announce a Spring group tour of the New Jersey State House on April 11, 2024.

Have you ever wondered how the legislative process works? Or why your vote is the one of the most important rights you can exercise as an American Citizen? Have you ever wondered what is actually taking place in our State Capital? Or what bills are actually on the floor in session? Or how to connect with State officials to express your opinion? Do you have a working knowledge about our government, or do you often wonder why issues you think are important never seem to get addressed?

These are just a few questions we were wondering about too and the reason WHY we planned this trip to our State Capital. We the People need to know what’s happening and we want to see it in person! We invite you to join us not only to gain an understanding of our State House History, its Art and Architecture, but to see how the legislative process works. Don’t miss this amazing opportunity!

This is a great opportunity to gain an understanding of our State House history, its art and architecture, and most importantly, the legislative process. All guests over 18 must provide a photo ID before going through a security screening. Self-guided tours are not permitted.

Bus transportation and a box lunch will be included in the ticket price which is $30 for members and $40 for nonmembers.

We will meet to depart from Voorhees Town Center at 9:00A.M., returning at 2:00P.M

Please bring 2 forms of ID and dress is business casual

Space is limited to 50 guests so please RSVP ASAP.
