Meet the Speaker
Ana Welsh is a first-generation Brazilian immigrant, the first in her family to graduate from college, and a self-made “Culture Queen” who knows firsthand the power of setting a clear vision for personal and professional success. Born in Brazil and raised in South Florida, Ana defied the odds to create a life that reflects her deepest aspirations—becoming a sought-after leadership coach, workplace dynamics advisor, and empowering speaker recognized for her transformational impact on individuals and organizations alike.
Over the course of a decade in corporate leadership, Ana helped scale a multi-location dermatology group from 2 to 93 offices while reducing turnover from 60% to 21% in just two years—all by consistently turning her vision into tangible goals and decisive action steps. Now, as a 2024 Main Line Today Power Woman honoree, she dedicates her career to helping others chart their own visionary paths, whether through effective workplace strategies or personal development practices like vision boarding.Through her Signature Self™ method, Ana equips emerging professionals, leaders, and business owners with the tools to master soft skills, executive presence, and conflict resolution—enabling them to become indispensable in any organization. Balancing professionalism with authenticity, she mentors middle and high school students through the local nonprofit Girls Spark and serves clients nationwide. Ana now resides in the Philadelphia suburbs with her husband and two children, where she continues to embody—and inspire—the power of a well-crafted vision fulfilled through determined action.
