Awakening Change Counseling Services was founded in August 2018 by Dr. Tiffany M. Jenkins in an effort to create a safe space for holistic change. To this end, Awakening Change offers highly individualized psychotherapy, counseling, consulting, and training services for individuals, couples, families, and organizations.
We assist our clients with working through issues related to anxiety, depression, life stress, anger management, and substance use disorders. Our team is comprised of dedicated and highly skilled professionals ready to help you to awaken your change.
About you: Dr. Tiffany M. Jenkins is the founder and Executive Director of Awakening Change LLC. As a licensed therapist, Dr. Jenkins’ work centers around individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or substance use. She blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Enhancement Therapy to create safe spaces for individuals and teams to share, learn, and grow.
When not in the therapist’s seat, Dr. Jenkins enjoys working with managers to improve leadership outcomes through her innovative coaching curriculum. Dr. Jenkins is also the author of "Reclaiming My Time: A Black Woman's Guide to Self-Care".
