About you: I began in 1995 in Barclay Farms shopping center in Cherry Hill, NJ with Procacci Gourmet. I was raised with a deep respect for old-school cooking and Mediterranean flavors; whole foods, fresh vegetables, hand-carved meats and dressings made from scratch. I am a Certified Dietary Manager, so we take the highest care with special diets. I love the business and love people and developing relationships with my customers.
