Founded by keynote speaker, corporate trainer, and business strategist Katie Loesch, the firm draws on 12 years of owning and operating three Rita's Italian Ice franchise locations in New Jersey, leading a team of 50+, and over a decade of team and leadership training trusted by Fortune 100 companies and clients like Wharton, The U.S. Air Force, Chanel, The Philadelphia Eagles, and Verizon. As a certified DISC behavioral trainer, Katie brings both the science of people and the lived experience of someone who has been in the trenches alongside the clients she serves.

In 2024, a high-risk pregnancy took her out of her businesses for 105 days. That experience ignited her purpose: helping fellow small business owners build teams strong enough to sustain success when life tests them. Today Katie channels that into her work as a keynote speaker, corporate trainer, and consultant. She is a Mom to two young boys and a military spouse. Her family loves hiking and exploring the National Parks.
