About the Business:

Witch of Wine LLC is a boutique wine education and event company dedicated to demystifying the world of wine through engaging, approachable, and immersive tasting experiences. Led by certified sommelier & wine educator, Alison Santopolo, Witch of Wine pairs deep viticultural expertise with vivid storytelling and sensory exploration. From dynamic workshops and curated corporate tastings to custom private events and venue partnerships, Witch of Wine transforms traditional wine education into memorable, interactive gatherings designed to connect people and elevate every pour.

About you: After 15 years in hospitality, event planning, and sales training, I realized I wanted to explore something I wanted to bring my passions and experience together, and created Witch of Wine.

As a certified sommelier and wine educator, I love sharing the experience of wine with others and planning dynamic events. When I'm not working, I’m at home with my husband and two children in Medford, NJ, or traveling to the next great wine region.
