- Sea Salt Caramel -chewy caramel enrobed in 64% dark chocolate topped with fleur de sel (perfect blend of sweet and salty. Starts out with the bitter dark chocolate, but finishes with the sweet and salty caramel)
- Cinnamon Mocha- coffee and cinnamon ganache enrobed in 64% dark chocolate (dark chocolate all the way through with the warming cinnamon and infusion of coffee, very well balanced throughout the entire tasting)
- Honey Thyme Caramel- honey and thyme infused chewy caramel enrobed in 64% dark chocolate (perfect blend of savory thyme and sweet honey, starts out with the bitter dark chocolate and moves to the sweet honey, finishes with the thyme (almost aromatic at the end) wait for the end
