On Wednesday, March 6, 2024, the South Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO SJ) will host our 20th Annual Beyond the Glass Ceiling Awards and Fundraiser.
Join us as we celebrate the award recipients and our 20th year as a NAWBO chapter!
This premier networking event is open to NAWBO members and all women and men of the South Jersey business community. It is a chance to meet women business owners, organizations who support women in business, and NAWBO’s corporate partners.
The South Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO SJ) provides support, education, mentoring, and networking opportunities for women business owners and their associates in the region. The organization serves the needs of women business owners in the following New Jersey counties: Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Cumberland, Salem,
Atlantic, Cape May and portions of Mercer.
All proceeds from the event are used to help our organization continue to provide education, advocacy, networking & leadership opportunities to women business owners and their associates in South Jersey.

NAWBO South Jersey’s annual Beyond Glass Ceiling Awards and Fundraiser honors extraordinary individuals for their contributions to women, women business owners, and our community at large.
We greatly appreciate the support of all attendees, donors and sponsors who help us fulfill our mission while also honoring these extraordinary individuals.
