August Member Spotlight – Barbara Ann Johnson-Stokes

For the August Member Spotlight, we are featuring Barbara Ann Johnson-Stokes with 1st Comes Health.

Tell us a bit about yourself and your business.

In my long time search for true health and healing, and while practicing law for over 36 years, I have studied the Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.) and reached Elite Master status. I became certified as a Massage Therapist, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a Laughter Wellness Instructor, a Master Integrated Energy Instructor, and an Energy Codes Practitioner, along with formal and informal training in a variety of other subjects relating to health, spirituality and business.

As a result of my search for true health and healing, and the profound results that I personally experienced and witnessed, I decided to stop practicing law so that I could devote my time to influence people to put their health first and to help people experience optimum health through the use of the Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.) and Health Coaching. As a result, 1st Comes Health became a reality, along with its Mission, Purpose and Vision:

Mission: To influence people to put their health first through the use of the  Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.), its wellness principles and Health Coaching.

Purpose: To influence people to put their health first in daily living.

Vision: To see America healthy, then the world.

Some conditions that have resolved after the use of the Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique, (B.E.S.T.) at 1st Comes Health include: chronic pain experienced in the neck, back, shoulders, knees, feet, ankles, hands, and arms, migraine headaches, anxiety, anxiousness, depression, irritability, dizziness, fatigue, bladder leakage, sleep problems, (including excessive sleep and restlessness) road rage, abdominal pain, fatigue, crying spells and acid reflux.

At 1st Comes Health, we encourage all of our clients to put their health first, in order to be the best that he or she can be in all areas of their lives.

Do you have a tip or tool that has helped you in your business?

Believe in yourself, know your value, know what it means to put your health first and then always put your health first, before anything or anybody.

Do you have a quote to share and inspire other members?

Without your health, what do you really have?

What is your go to business mindset or productivity book that has helped you in your life and business that you’d like to share?

I have read numerous books that have helped me; way too many to name here.

However, the life mindset that I have developed over the years, which permeates everything that I do, including my business approach, is  to follow my inner guidance;  stay the course and  always be mindful to live in peace,  judgement free and if necessary, ready to forgive myself and others.

Please tell us about your next upcoming business event so that we can share it with our members and followers.

We have monthly seminars that introduce 1st Comes Health and the Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique, (B.E.S.T.).
