Jennifer Forte
For the October Member Spotlight, we are featuring Jennifer Forte, Professional EOS Implementer, EOS Worldwide.

I implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) to help entrepreneurs get more of what
they want from their businesses. EOS harnesses human energy — delivering better results for businesses and more fulfilling lives for the people who run them.
As an experienced entrepreneur, I’ll show you how to execute using a set of simple, proven tools to identify root issues before they become problems, place the right people in the right seats, and align every employee toward the same goals.
* EOS works best with entrepreneurial business leaders and teams of privately held companies with between 10 and 250 employees
* Leaders who are open-minded and uncomfortable with the status quo
* Leaders experiencing some pain running their business: trying to keep up with growth or not growing fast enough, not enough profitability, chaotic growth, not enough alignment with your people, etc.
After implementing EOS in our family business, revenue grew 65% in 4 years and profit tripled to 18%. We were a more effective, healthy, and productive leadership team. I harnessed the power of EOS to get more of what we needed and wanted from our business; I’m here to help other entrepreneurs do the same.
About Jennifer: I am a Professional EOS Implementer | Exited Entrepreneur | Wife and Mother | Passionate About Empowering People
I led our family business, a multilocation group dental practice, to a successful acquisition and 8 figure exit in 2024. This allowed me to combine my lifelong passion for helping people grow and thrive, with my passion for EOS and what it can do for entrepreneurs.
I've lived in South Jersey most of my life and I'm excited to be part of this organization. I look forward to lifting each other up and growing, as women entrepreneurs.
- What tip or tool has helped you in your business?
The best tip I’ve received since buying my business and working to earn clients is “You don’t hate business development, you hate what you think business development is. Business development is building trust and you love to do that.”I use the tools of EOS to run my business, especially the Vision/Traction Organizer, which holds me accountable to our Core Values and my goals, and scorecard measurables. - What’s a favorite quote that you’d like to share & inspire other members?
“Get comfortable with being uncomfortable” from Jillian Michaels. This has been my mantra for years because it helps me do difficult things. It has helped me grow both personally and professionally and its why I have this business today! - What is your go-to business, mindset or productivity book that has helped you in your life and business?
“Traction” by Gino Wickman. This book describes the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and it changed my life. We read it as a Leadership Team of our group dental practice in 2020 and decided to implement EOS. We hired an implementer (like me), who helped us transform our team and our business using the tools described in “Traction”. I became the Integrator which is a role that relied on my natural abilities and gave me the opportunity to learn and grow as a leader and businesswoman. Using EOS, I led the organization to 65% revenue growth and triple the profit (18%) in the next four years which brought us to a very successful exit last year. - Tell us about your next upcoming business event so that we can share it with our members and followers.
