- What tip or tool has helped you in your business?Learning to ask questions. Taking the time to understand the bigger picture often leads to better solutions. I’ve also learned that I don’t have to have all the answers myself and it is worthwhile to ask for another perspective or seek out someone with different expertise .

- What is your go-to business, mindset or productivity book that has helped you in your life and business?I don’t have a go-to book. But I do listen to true crime podcasts that spark curiosity and remind me to look beyond the obvious, pay attention to details, and understand what motivates people, and putting the pieces together to see the bigger picture.
