Outside the office, Carly is deeply engaged int he South Jersey community. She's the 2025 Corporate Walk Chair for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light the Night Walk and sits on the board of Strike It Strong, a non-profit grown out of NAWBO SJ relationships. What tip or tool has helped you in your business?
Kaizen – the practice of continuous, incremental improvement. It reminds me that progress doesn’t always have to be a massive leap. Small, thoughtful changes over time can lead to big results. It’s become a guiding principle in how I build and lead with purpose.
What’s a favorite quote that you’d like to share & inspire other members?

What is your go-to business, mindset or productivity book that has helped you in your life and business?
“Letter to a Young Athlete” by Chris Bosh. This book has really stuck with me through the years. It’s a surprisingly profound guide on discipline, resilience, and purpose. Bosh’s lessons apply far beyond the basketball court and have helped shape my thinking about showing up for myself.
