Debra Berman
For the November Member Spotlight, we are featuring Debra Berman, Berman Jewelers.
Debra Berman is in the relationship business. A second-generation jeweler, Debra finds or customizes the perfect piece of jewelry to make her clients happy, and she continues to do exactly that year after year. Whether it’s an engagement ring, gemstones, or diamonds, Debra prides herself in getting it right for her clients.
Debra is an active member of NAWBO SJ and she will host NAWBO’s second annual “Sip and Shop” in the evening of December 3. In addition to refreshments and campaign, there will be one-night-only specials.
Berman earned her Bachelors degree from George Washington University and is an alumna of the Geological Institute of America. Her education has been valuable in assisting her clients to select the right piece. She is the Past President of the New Jersey Jewelers Association, which brings education to jewelers.
In her free time, Debra enjoys networking with other women business owners, hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, and yoga. She has traveled extensively to more than fifteen Caribbean Islands, Central and South America, and Europe. She and her family live in Mt. Laurel with their dog, Buddy.
