In her role, Susan works with both public and private sector clients, providing counsel on employment matters involving employee discipline, hiring and firing, workplace harassment and investigations, policy and compliance. Susan acts as both counsel and outsourced human resources to ensure her clients make the best possible decisions. She has many years of experience working with all types of employment law, with experience in both State and Federal court.
