What would you like to say about yourself and your business?
Holly Sikora is a CPA and Enrolled Agent and excels at bringing cloud, business acumen and insights to the small business owner and operator. Holly graduated from Drexel with an Accounting and Finance Degree and started her career in public accounting as an auditor and has held director and controller positions for large and small publicly traded companies in South Jersey and Philadelphia prior to forming Ally Books and Taxes. Holly is also a private residential rental real estate investor open to multi-family syndicated opportunities all across the US.
Holly has developed programs designed to bring “big-company” tools, techniques, and efficiencies to the small business owner in order to provide the financial-bench that small business owners need to make sound decisions. What tip or tool has helped you in your business?
Staying current in best practices for small businesses, implementing process improvement and automation to cut costs has helped me run my business and stay open during the pandemic. Networking has been a personal boost during the pandemic and has highlighted the importance of personal relationships.

What’s a favorite quote that you’d like to share & inspire other members?
“Our new Constitution is now established, and has an appearance that promises permanency; but in this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes.” ~Ben FranklinI don’t know if this is “inspirational” but it sure is true!

What is your go-to business, mindset or productivity book that has helped you in your life and business?
I think Marie Kondo’s mindset to “let go what doesn’t bring us joy” is so useful. I apply this mindset everywhere in my life from my personal belongings to my personal relationships.
