Sandi is the co-founder and managing partner of Time To Flourish. She spends much of her time leading other organizations through operational and financial transformations. She accomplishes this through building and maintaining high-performing teams and executing strategy in alignment with financial and operational goals. Prior to forming Time To Flourish with her business partner Maria Veglia, Sandi spent the last 17 years as an accomplished executive in the roles of Vice President of Operations, President, COO and CEO. Sandi is a proud alumnus of The Ohio State University. When Sandi isn’t working, she can be found spending time with her husband Rick and daughter Madelyne.

What tip or tool has helped you in your business?
I truly believe in the power of resilience, perseverance, and heart to overcome adversities and obstacles in all aspects of our lives. What’s a favorite quote that you’d like to share & inspire other members? It’s not the size of the dog in the fight, it’s the size of the fight in the dog!

What is your go-to business, mindset or productivity book that has helped you in your life and business?
There are too many to list! I think it’s important to surround yourself with like-
minded peers who will support you and also give you that push when you need it.
