Regina Medeiros-Haines

For the September Member Spotlight, we are featuring Regina Medeiros-Haines, Fit4Mom Moorestown - Cherry Hill.

Fit4Mom Moorestown - Cherry Hill is a fitness company created by moms for moms. Fit4Mom offers pre and postnatal health, wellness, and fitness programs for every stage of motherhood. All of our programs were created to provide Strength in Motherhood®. Fit4Mom is more than just a fitness company. We strive to create a community where moms can find their village. For this reason, Fit4Mom offers free Our Village events, such as playgroups, Moms Night Out, and other social events.
Fit4Mom Moorestown - Cherry Hill currently offers 3 stroller class formats (Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, and Strides 360), a Moms-only class called Body Boost, a prenatal fitness class called Fit4Baby, and RunClub+ coaching programs. We hope to further expand our Fit4Mom program offerings in the future. We host our classes outside at parks and local businesses (when the weather allows) and indoors in various business spaces.

The FREE Our Village events we offer include weekly playgroups, monthly Moms Night Out events, and monthly Coffee Chats Ask the Expert events. Fit4Mom Moorestown - Cherry Hill also participates in and donates to various local charitable efforts.

Fit4Mom Moorestown - Cherry Hill is a local franchise of Fit4Mom, founded in 2001 in San Diego.

About Regina: My name is Regina Medeiros-Haines. I am the new owner of Fit4Mom Moorestown - Cherry Hill. I purchased the franchise in May 2023 after having been an instructor with them for almost 2 years. I am also a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I have a passion for helping others find their healthier selves-- whatever that may mean to them.

I am a wife and a mom of two little girls under 5 years, and a fur-mama of two dogs. I am also a former Multimedia Production and Design Specialist.

  1. What tip or tool has helped you in your business?
Connect with others who have been through business challenges before, ask questions, bounce ideas off them, and learn everything you can. I am a new business owner, so I am constantly learning.
  2. What’s a favorite quote that you’d like to share & inspire other members?
“Stop being afraid of what can go wrong and start being positive about what can go right.” Tony Robbins
  3. What is your go-to business, mindset or productivity book that has helped you in your life and business?
I listen to a podcast by Fit4Mom founder Lisa Druxman called the Mom Business Academy Podcast. I am still working on finding a go-to business, mindset or productivity book. I would love suggestions.
  4. Tell us about your next upcoming business event so that we can share it with our members and followers.
For the month of September, Fit4Mom is having a national month-long fundraiser for Feeding America. For every new mom who comes to class, our franchise will donate $1 to Feeding America. For every new mom who signs up for a membership with us, $5 will be donated to Feeding America. To put this in perspective, $1 equals 10 meals. We are excited for this initiative with Fit4Mom’s Moms With A Mission. To make the month extra special, we will be hosting a couple special classes. First, on Monday, 9/16 we’ll have a fundraiser Stroller Barre class that will not only benefit the Feeding America fundraiser, but also Postpartum Support International, in partnership with our local Climb Team (Burlington and Camden Counties). This class will have a special after party with playgroup and character appearance. Second, on Tuesday, 9/24 we will have a special “Bring A Friend” Stroller Mash Up class, specifically to benefit Feeding America. The class will have a taste of all three of our stroller formats. After class, we will have a special playgroup for moms to connect and littles to play.
