What tip or tool has helped you in your business?
“The Main Thing is to keep The Main thing the Main thing” In our daily lives, juggling between business and other priorities, we find ourselves typically stressed, pressed for time, and perpetually in a “revolving door” situation. In an effort to keep to a schedule and clock-driven day, it is easy to lose perspective of our long term vision and we may overlook the difference between what seems urgent but is unimportant, and what may not yet be urgent but is extremely important. I have developed some best practices of living a compass based model and getting away from the conventional clock driven mode has helped me and my clients stay on course with the long term, while being more balanced and fulfilled in our daily life.
