What tip or tool has helped you in your business?
Expect ups and downs. There are going to be a lot of struggles with some positives and some exciting moments sprinkled in. But understanding that failures are an integral to growth helps you navigate through the hard times as you are able to recognize that this is part of the course. Often, you learn so much more from your failures because you remember the feeling when you failed and learn not to make that mistake again.
What’s a favorite quote that you’d like to share & inspire other members?
“If you’re a woman, never doubt that you belong at the table. Never doubt that you bring something to it. And never forget to save a seat for someone else.” – Maria Shriver
What is your go-to business, mindset or productivity book that has helped you in your life and business?
Confidence. Most women are driven by what they think they should do, what other people say they should do, or their perception of how they are supposed to act. But, the most important question that a woman can ask herself is “what do I really want?” When you can answer that question, every choice you make leads in you the direction of what your vision is. Confidence helps women answer the question “what do I really want” and helps women implement the path forward to achieve their desired results. When a woman works toward what she wants, she will emerge more effective for the betterment of herself, her business, her company, and those around her.
